Jamall Crawford has come out and said that he is willing to come off the bench this season. Crawford has averaged close to 20 points a game as a starter last season, but has come to Atlanta to replace Flip Murrah who left to free agency. The talented Crawford will back up Joe Johnson and Mike Bibby in the Atlanta rotation. The young Hawks who have climbed out of the basement of the NBA the last few years will look to Crawford to shore up their bench and provide some veteran leadership. They have a good team the likes to run up and down the floor. That should suit Crawford well. Only time will see if the Hawks have what it takes to get over that hump and get deep into the playoffs.
